Amplifying Youth Voices: Supporting AudioActive at the Spring Festival

There’s something special about watching a community come alive through music — when energy, creativity, and collaboration blend to create something unforgettable. This spring, we were proud to help make that happen by sponsoring the AudioActive Stage at the Spring Festival 2025.

The Spring Festival, held at The Garden in Shoreham-by-Sea, is a celebration of creativity and connection — a weekend filled with live music, performance, and local culture. It brings together artists, audiences, and changemakers from across Sussex, all united by a shared belief in the power of creativity to inspire and unite.

Our partnership with AudioActive — a ground-breaking charity that uses music and creative mentoring to support young people — felt like a natural fit. AudioActive provides safe, inclusive spaces for young musicians, producers, and performers to learn, collaborate and express themselves freely. Their work gives young people the confidence to tell their stories through music, often using creativity as a tool for empowerment and positive change.

The AudioActive Stage at Spring Festival was a perfect showcase of that mission in action. Across the weekend, emerging artists from the charity’s programmes took to the stage to perform original music — from spoken word and hip-hop to electronic sets and acoustic sessions. Each performance carried its own message, but together they formed a single voice: bold, creative, and full of potential.

For us, being part of this event wasn’t just about sponsorship; it was about supporting a platform for youth expression and community connection. Every artist who performed represented a story of growth — a young person who found confidence, purpose, and belonging through creativity.

Watching the crowd respond to those performances — cheering, dancing, and connecting — was a reminder that art has the power to build bridges. It creates dialogue where there might otherwise be silence, and it gives young people a voice when they need it most.

At Priavo, we’re proud to support AudioActive’s work. We believe in protecting potential — in helping people, especially young people, find safe ways to express who they are and where they want to go. The partnership with AudioActive and the Spring Festival embodies that perfectly: community, creativity, and care working in harmony.

Summary:

By supporting young artists as they step into the spotlight, we’re helping amplify voices that deserve to be heard — voices that will shape the sound, and the spirit, of the future.
