Who are Chestnut Tree House?

Chestnut Tree House is a children’s charity providing hospice care and community support for children and young people with life-limiting conditions and their families across East and West Sussex, Brighton and Hove, and Southeast Hampshire. Their annual event, The Snowman Ball, is one of their key fundraising occasions, attracting supporters from across the region to raise vital funds for their ongoing work.

The 2024 Snowman Ball at The Grand Brighton was set to be a grand celebration of the charity’s achievements, featuring entertainment, fine dining, live auctions, and numerous fundraising activities. The event aimed to raise significant funds to support the hospice care provided by Chestnut Tree House.

How are we helping?

Given the nature of the event and the high-profile guests attending, including BBC Radio Sussex presenter Allison Ferns, DJ Marvin Humes, comedian Aaron James, and the live band Jam Hot, maintaining security and ensuring the safety of all attendees was a priority.

The charity wanted to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests while also ensuring that security was handled professionally and discreetly. With a high number of attendees, including VIPs and celebrities, managing the event’s security requirements needed to be efficient, sensitive to the atmosphere of the evening, and responsive to the unique needs of the venue.

To meet these demands, Chestnut Tree House turned to Priavo Security.It was an honor for Priavo Security to contribute to such a meaningful event.
